These terms apply to your use of the FoodOps website and to the FoodOps service if you sign up for it.

The service

FoodOps is software for food safety and daily operations, including time tracking, HACCP checks, temperature registration and goods receiving. We may improve or change features over time. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of interruptions.

Trial and pricing

You can try FoodOps free for 14 days, no credit card required. After the trial you choose a paid plan. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are quoted per month, excluding VAT where applicable. We will tell you in advance if prices change.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your login details secure. Use the service only for lawful purposes.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not refund the current period unless the law requires it.

Liability

We do our best to keep FoodOps reliable, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.
